Stance Infiknit Guarantee

Stance stands by their Infiknit products. So much that they are guaranteed for life. No catch. If it rips, tears, or develops a hole, we’ll send you a new pair. If you have an issue, follow the steps below and we will replace it.

Here's how it works: 

Send an email with the subject line “Infiknit Guarantee” to info@stance.com Please include the following information:
  1. Your first and last name
  2. Your order number or picture of your purchase receipt
  3. Your shipping address
  4. Photos of all the information on the inside cuff of the sock. If the item is INFIKNIT it will have the logo on the inside cuff. If you do not see the logo this item is not INFIKNIT and falls under the standard 30 day warranty.
  5. Photo of the entire pair
  6. A KPS (Keeping People Stoked) representative will review your claim and respond as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement pair in the same style with free standard shipping. If the style is no longer available, we will offer a pair of your choice of equal value. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
